摘 要:以探索甘蔗稍青贮育肥不同性别云南黄牛的产肉性能为目的,选择10头云南黄牛,其中公牛5头,平均月龄37.60±6.84,母牛5头,平均月龄39.80±6.00;采用甘蔗稍青贮进行9个月持续育肥试验。结果表明:公牛组和母牛组平均日增重分别为0.67 kg和0.79 kg,屠宰率分别为63.20%和61.70%,但公、母牛组间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。对牛肉的外观评定结果表明,两组牛的高档肉块等级都达到A2~A3级,肉色4级,脂肪色2级。说明在同一饲养条件下,甘蔗稍加精料育肥云南黄牛效果好,公、母牛生长速度一致。The purpose of this trial was to explore the effect of sugarcane tip silage on the performance of different sex beef in Yunnan Yellow cattle. 10 Yunnan Yellow cattle were selected and divided into two groups, of which the ages were 37.60 ± 6.84 months for bull (n=5) and 39.80 ± 6.00 months for cow (n=5), respectively.After 9-month finishing,the average daily gains, dressing percentages were 0.67 kg and 0.79 kg, 63.20% and 61.70% for bull group and cow group, respectively.The counterparts of two groups were close without significant difference (P〉0.05).The appearance qualities, beef eolours and fat colours of beef reached grade A2-A3,4 and 2 based on the appearance evaluation, respectively.The similar growth patterns and better finishing effects were displayed at the same feeding condition with sugarcane tips silage and concentrate.
