摘　　要：清代旴江名医黄宫绣,精本草与脉学,通晓诸科,善治喉症。治学注重医学实践,著作均名之为"求真"。所撰《脉理求真》和《本草求真》中论述喉症的学术思想及临证见解深刻。辨识喉症,注重以经络认喉症,诊察要求先明脉理,提出"寸前一分"以候咽喉的喉症脉位,发千古未发之秘;辨治喉症,从火立论,重视咽喉局部用药,施治内外兼备,树风格独特的临证特色。Qing dynasty Xujiang doctor HUANG Gong-xiu, who specializes in herbalism and sphygmology, masters all clinical departments especially in Largngology. He focuses on medical practice and names his book with the word ＂Qiu Zhen＂. In his books IMa/ Li QiuZhen＂ and ＂Bencao Qiuzhen, he profoundly discusses academic thinking and clinical insight about Laryngopathy. To understand Laryngopathy, he takes main and collateral channels seriously; Besides, he who recommends recognizing pulse condition before diagnosis is the first raise the points which feels the pulse of Laryngopathy on ＂One Fen before Cun pulse＂. To dialectically treat Laryngopathy, he forms the particular clinical style which makes points with fire and pays attention to methods of local apphcation as well as internal medicine.
