中医药继续教育办学模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：普通高等教育扩招以后,成人教育的生源空间大幅压缩,以学历教育为主的办学模式举步维艰,中医药成人教育也不例外。要改变这种现状,高等中医药院校必须承担起岗位培训和继续教育任务,调整办学定位,从单一开展成人学历教育,逐步向成人学历教育、自学考试、在职继续教育与岗位培训、职业技能培训与鉴定等多途径多形式并举转变,实现从成人学历教育模式向继续教育模式转变。据此,本文总结探讨了江西中医药大学继续教育学院从成人学历教育办学模式向继续教育办学模式转型的实践探索及经验。The enrollment expansion of regular higher education drains student pool of adult education. It affects the mode of diploma education and adult education of traditional Chinese medicine. To change the status quo, higher shool of Chinese medicine should take on the task of job training and continuing education, adjust orientation of school-running, transform from simplified adult diploma education to multi adult diploma education.self-taught higher education,job training and continuing education ,job skills training and testing gradually to accomplish the transformation from adult diploma education mode to continuing education mode. Hereby, this pa- per analyzes the practical experience of transformation from adult diploma education school-running mode to continuing education mode in Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Continuing Education College.
