摘　　要：从大学生在就业过程中存在的信息素养问题着手,阐述信息素养的基本内涵,分析培育大学生信息素养的重要性,并试着提出了实现加强大学生信息素养教育的实施策略。This article from the The Information Literacy of college students in the course of employment exists to proceed to explain the basic content of information literacy, analyze the importance of cultivating students ＇information literacy, combined with experience and practice in our hospital made effective way to strengthen students＇ information literacy education.
