摘 要:为了解中小学教师工作生活质量总体水平和现状,以信度和效度较高的自编的中小学教师工作生活质量问卷,对716名中小学教师进行问卷调查。结果显示:中小学教师工作生活质量总体上处于中等水平,且在性别、教龄、职称和学校类型方面存在显著性差异;男女教师在工作尊荣、工作条件、人际氛围、社会支持、社会保障四个维度呈现出显著差异;不同婚姻状况、教龄的教师在身心健康、薪酬福利、人际氛围、社会保障等维度存在显著差异;不同职称教师在工作条件、人际氛围、工作家庭休闲三个维度无显著性差异;不同类型学校的教师除身心健康维度之外的其他十个维度均存在极其显著的差异。Based on a relatively good reliability and validity self-compiled puestionnaire of teachers’teaching life puality in primary and secondary schools,the research has made a puestionnaire on 716 teachers of primary and secondary schools in order to understand the overall level and current situation of teachers’teaching life puality in primary and secondary schools. Results show that the overall puality of teachers’teaching life is at a moderate level. There are significant differences in gender,teaching age,professional title and school type. Female teachers and male teachers show a significant difference in aspects as work respect,work condition,interpersonal climate,social support and social security. A significant difference exists among teachers of different marital status and teaching age in 4 dimensions,namely,physical and mental health,salary and compensation,interpersonal climate and social security. No significant difference exists in teachers with different professional titles in dimensions as work condition,interpersonal climate and balance of work and family. A very significant difference exists in teachers from different school types in other 10 dimensions except physical and mental health.
