摘  要:论述并总结了英国教育体系中的教育理念、课程设计、教学方法及学校培养创新人才和精英人才的经验;认为英国在人才培养方面既注重传统又注重创新,具有科学性、系统性、完整性的特点,尤其在精英人才培养方面更具独特性;指出中国在创新人才培养方面可借鉴其理念,应挖掘和发挥儿童的创新潜能,尊重人才培养的衔接性和系统性,注重人才培养的差异性,重视实践教学,为创新人才成长创造多层次的国际化环境。This paper expounds and summarizes the education idea, curriculum design, and teaching methods in the British education system, as well as the experience of the school to cultivate creative talents and elites. It holds that the British people attach great importance to the tradition and innovation on the aspect of talent cultivation, which has the feature seientificalness, systematization and integration, and especially has peculiarity in cultivating the elites. Besides,it points out that China can use its idea about creative talent cultivation for reference, and it should develop children's innovation potential, respect the convergence and systematization of the talent cultivation, and focus on difference of the talent cultivation and practical teaching, so as to create multi - layered international environment for the growth of the creative talents.
