摘　　要：What I Have Lived for(《我为何而生》)这篇散文是伯特兰·罗素晚年为其自传作品所作的一则序言,也可以说是罗素的生活宣言书。整篇文章文笔酣畅、优美动人,逻辑缜密、言简意赅。本文将对What I Have Lived for的3个中译本进行对比分析与评论。The article of What I Have Lived for is written by Bertrand Russell in his later years as a preface for his autobiography, which can be said as Russell＇ s life manifesto. On the whole the passage is smooth,beantiful, concise, and logical. The author is going to make a comparison among three translation versions of What I Have Lived for.
