摘　　要：目的:分析我国高校绩效考核研究现状和发展趋势。方法:检索CNKI数据库,运用文献计量学方法,对文献数量、被引频次、关键词及h指数等进行分析。结果:文献篇均被引频次为4.42,未被引用的文献占文献总数的35.2%;核心作者的发文总数占总发文数的15.3%;发文数量前10位作者的总被引频次均较低。结论:我国高校绩效考核在研究深度和广度上有待进一步加强,稳定核心作者群尚未形成,具有重要影响的作者和较高学术价值的论文产出欠缺。[Objective] To analyze the research status and development tendency of performance evaluation of universities.[Method]Searched CNKI database and applied bibliometrics methods to analyze literature quantity,citation frequency,keyw ords and h index.[Result]The average citation per paper w as 4.42.The literature proportion that not been cited w as 35.2%.The proportion of core author w as 15.3%.The total citation frequency of top ten authors in literature quantity w as low er.[Conclusion] The research depth and breadth should be further reinforced.Stable core author group has not yet formed.The author w ith important influence and high academic value literature w ere not enough.
