摘 要:以棉籽壳为原料,研究稀酸、先碱后酸、稀碱和碱性H2O24种预处理方法对棉籽壳酶解特性和微观结构的影响。结果表明:4种预处理方法对棉籽壳酶解特性和微观结构均有不同程度的影响,其中碱性H2O2效果最好。碱性H2O2预处理棉籽壳,木质素含量分别降低了67.5%;酶解12 h的木聚糖提取率为21.4%;木聚糖的水解率为67.5%,且酶解得到的木二糖较多;同时,扫描电镜分析显示碱性H2O2预处理后的棉籽壳纤维结构清晰、疏松。With cotton seed hull as raw material, the influence was studied about the enzymatic properties and microstructure of cotton- seed hull by four pretreatment methods of the dilute acid, acid pre- treatment after alkali, alkali and alkaline H202. The results showed that the lignin content of cotton seed hull by the pretreatment method of alkaline H2O2 was decreased by 67.5%; the rate of xylan extraetion shout enzyvaatic hydrolysis for 12 hours yeas 2l. 4%; and more Xylobiose was obtained; at the same time, the microscopic structure appeared clear and loose.
