摘  要:科技竞赛能够引领学生在实践中领悟科学原理,收获科技成果和实训经验,真正地做到学以致用,在大学生人才培养中占有重要地位。为更好地培养创新型软件人才,该文探索了以大学生科技竞赛为牵引的创新实验班建设方法,通过对创新实验班的教学模式设计,个性化创新实践课程体系的建设以及基础创新团队的建设等方面的研究,开展了以创新实验班为依托的多种创新型人才培养活动,完成了移动互联网创新实践班和数模创新实践班的建设,以及多个创新团队的组建,与腾讯等国内知名软件公司建立合作,在多项省市级比赛、论文发表、专利申请等方面取得优异成绩。Science and technology competition can lead the students to comprehend the scientific principle in practice,the harvest of scientific and technological achievements and training experience,and really learn in order to practice,which plays an important role in the cultivation of talents in college students.In order to better cultivate the innovative software talents,this paper explores the method of innovation experimental class construction traction to technology contest for college students.Through the design of teaching mode innovation of the experimental class,and study on the practice course system construction and innovation of personalized based innovation team construction,this paper carries out a variety of activities for traing innovative talents with innovation experiment class,completes the construction of mobile Internet innovation practice class and number mode innovation practice class,and the setting up of a plurality of innovation team,and establishes the cooperation with Tencent and other well-known software companies.In a number of provincial and municipal games,published papers,and patent applications,the excellent results have been obtained.
