摘  要:清末新式学堂的兴办,急需大量的新式教师,师范教育随之产生。重庆建立了师范学堂,并在辖境各地设置了多样化的师资培训机构,按照清末"新学制"的要求实施教育管理、安排课程和教学计划,并对中小学堂教师进行资格认定和考核。清末重庆的师范学堂为新式教育培养了所需的合格教师,推动了当地教育由传统向近代转型的进程,并对当代重庆的教师教育发展具有启发意义。In the late Qing dynasty,because new-style schools were established,lots of teachers were emergently needed,which made people began to pay attention to normal education. Chongqing set up a variety of trai ning centers,in which management,curriculum and teaching were all carried out according to the requirements of new-style schools. At the same time,Chongqing qualified and examined the teachers in primary and secondary schools. Chongqing local normal education has inspired the development of contemporary significance for teacher education in Chongqing,which trained qualified teachers for new- style schools and impelled the modernization process of local education,and has inspired meaning on the development of the modern Chongqing teachers and education.
