摘　　要：本文首先介绍 ERP的内涵和特性以及它对企业现代化管理进程的作用，分析了当前 ERP系统开发模式所存在的主要问题。在此基础上，提出了适应企业经营特点和发展需要的 ERP系统定制开发模式及其主要研究内容。At first， the paper analyzes the characteristic of ERP and its effect on the management modernization of enterprise. The existing problems of ERP development pattern are also studied. Then the paper presents a new ERP development methodology that can fit enterprise management feature and development need better. The major research contents of this methodology are also presented.
