摘　　要：高校党建是党的建设的重要部分。针对网络背景下高校党建工作的现状与存在的主要问题,应采取积极的措施,强化网络教育、提高党建工作者的素质,适应网络环境、党员教育与时俱进,网络展示党员发展、加强公平公正性,以推进党建工作的开展。The party building in colleges and universities is an important part of the construction of Chinese Communist Party. Facing the present situation and existing problems,active measures should be taken to strengthen the network technique training and improve the quality of party affair workers to adapt to the internet area. Meanwhile,the education and development of party members should more take advantage of the network to enhance the fairness and justice.
