摘　　要：大学生创新创业训练计划在组织实施的过程中出现了各种问题。文章以河南大学软件学院为例展开校本研究,提出师生在实施过程中的敷衍态度,在选题上的主观随意性,项目论证过程中的缺乏市场调研等,是目前计划实施过程中出现的主要问题。同时提出学院层级应该专门成立项目工作组作为项目管理的常设机构,设置项目立项答辩制度、落实项目培育计划及加强学院教育教学改革,采用工程教育模式等应对策略。College students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship training programs of the various problems appeared in the process. This paper takes Henan University Software College as an example of school-based research, put forward the teachers and students in the process of the implementation of perfunctory attitude, in the choice of the subjectivity in the course of demonstration projects, the lack of market research, is the main problem in the implementation of the plan. At the same time put forward the school level should project working group specifically set up as a permanent body of project management, set up project defense system, the implementation of the project plan to cultivate and strengthen the reform of education and teaching in college, the use of engineering education mode of coping strategies.
