道德领导视域下的校长领导职责与实现路径

摘　　要：校长在实践道德领导时需明确两种领导职责，即发展愿号的规划者和育人文化的营造者，以及相应的专业内涵：以共同愿号引领学校发展，使学校成为一个学习共同体；重视群体智慧，实施群体决策；立足发展传统，突出学校特色；坚持育人为本，关注德育实践；重新定位成功，回归育人原点；理解教育价值，营造精神家园。在对领导职责进行专业分析的基础上，提出其实现路径：从个体决策走向群体决策；营造学生和教师的精神家园。In the practice of moral leadership, principals require a clear understanding of their leadership roles, name- ly the vision planner and culture creator. Their professional duties include： develop a common vision to make a school into a learning community, bring teachers and students wisdom together into the plans, make plans fit the actual situation and highlight the school characteristics, adhere to education--oriented and concerned about the moral practice, reposition suc- cess and return to the origin of education, understand the value of education and create a spiritual home.
