高职《生化分离技术》课程教改初探

摘　　要：当前生物科技快速发展,需要大量高端技能型专门人才作支撑,现以高职生物类专业重点核心课程《生化分离技术》的教改着手,就高职课程改革的总体趋势并结合本校进行的专业课程教学改革,从教学内容、教学方法和教学评价三方面探索高职教学改革实践,获得的有益探索和经验有助于提高高职课程教学质量和教学效果。The current rapid development of biological science and technology requires a lot of high-skilled professionals for support. Through education reform of biochemical separation technology, as professional core courses in biology, this paper discusses the general trend of higher vocational curriculum reform and professional teaching reforms, mainly from the teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation, and gets some useful exploration and experience in vocational teaching practice to help improve the quality of teaching and vocational teaching effectiveness.
