摘　　要：通过在药物制剂专业本科毕业论文管理工作引入人本思想,强调尊重学生的价值与需要,从选题、开题、项目研究、中期检查、论文撰写和答辩等环节加强毕业论文过程管理,从而提高药物制剂专业本科毕业生科研训练水平,保证培养质量。In order to improve research training and assure traning quality of undergraduates in Pharmaceutical Preparation major, humanistic thought was introduced into management on undergraduate thesis in Pharmaceutical Preparation major through strengthing process management, from research topic selection, research promotion, in-process inspection and thesis preparation to thesis defence, thus putting reasonable emphasis on value and needs of students before graduation.
