摘 要:为了方便、高效地对5自由度4SPS+SPR和3自由度2UPU+SPR并联机床法向加工任意3D自由曲面进行仿真分析,利用SolidW orks软件对两种并联机床三维实体建模,通过CAD变量几何法,首先建立4SPS+SPR和2UPU+SPR并联机构的模拟机构,其次在模拟并联机构动平台上构造任意3D自由曲面和刀具加工轨迹的引导平面,然后保持刀具与自由曲面垂直,便得到两种并联机床的模拟机构,最后给定加工路径,与并联机构合成,各驱动杆长和动平台的位姿便能自动求解和动态显示。结果表明:CAD变量几何法不仅简单直观,而且省去了大量的编程计算。In order to facilitate and efficiently analyze by simulation during normal machining 3D free-form surface with 4SPS + SPR and 2UPU + SPR parallel machine tools,using the powerful modeling function of SolidW orks software,the model for three-dimensional entity of parallel machine tools is built. First,the simulation mechanisms of parallel manipulators are created by CAD variable geometric method. Second,a 3D free-form surface and a guiding plane of tool path are constructed above the moving platform of the simulation mechanism,and the tool axis of simulation parallel machine tools are retained perpendicular to the 3D free-form surface. Then the simulation parallel machine tool for machining a 3D free surface are created. Third,in the light of two prescribed tool paths which are combined with the parallel machine tools,the driving limbs and pose of the moving platform of parallel machine tool are solved automatically and visualized dynamically. The simulation results show that the approach can be used machine any unknown surface without compiling computer program,and is also advantageous from viewpoint of accuracy and repeatability.
