摘 要:为了研究新型膜结构路面器材,保障轮式车辆在松软路面上的通过性,运用车辆地面力学理论对路面器材的沉陷特性进行分析,探讨了膜内张力对最大沉降量的影响。将理论分析结果和仿真结果进行对比,验证了沉降计算公式的合理性。选取车辆挂钩牵引力作为评判车辆软土通过性的准则,将受力分析法和能量法相结合建立轮胎行驶的挂钩牵引力计算公式,定性得到附着系数μ和最大沉降量z0对车辆通过性的影响关系。结果表明,在所选条件下,膜内张力对最大沉降量影响不大,通载试验初步验证了通过性理论的合理性。To study the trafficability of a new kind of membrane structure pavement equipment supporting the wheeled vehicle on the soft road, the settlement of the pavement equipment was analyzed by using the principle of vehicle-terramechanics, and the influence of membrane tension on the maximum settlement was studied. The results obtained from theoretical analyses were compared with the simulational ones and the reasonability of the settlement theory was confirmed. The drawbar pull was selected as the judgement code of traffieability,and the formula of the drawbar pull of wheel running on the road was built according to the combination of force analyzing principle and energy principle. The influence of the tractive coefficientμ and the maximum settlement z0 on the trafficability of pavement equipment was discussed. The result shows that membrane tension has little effect on the maximum settlement under the selected conditions. The test preliminarily verifies that the method of trafficability is effective.
