摘 要:[目的]为加强秸秆的利用效率,拓宽秸秆的利用空间,从根本上探究玉米秸秆的发酵过程。[方法]试验以3种不同处理腐熟秸秆,研究不同发酵时间对玉米秸秆理化性质的影响。[结果]试验表明,添加一定量的鸡粪或酵母作为发酵辅料,可显著增加玉米秸秆的容重,改变秸秆的孔隙度。处理2和处理3在物理性质和EC、p H及缓冲容量上差异不显著。添加发酵辅料后N、P、K、C的成分比例发生变化,但处理2和处理3在发酵到第35天,表现出相同的效果。[结论]在一定程度上,加入酵母和鸡粪对玉米秸秆发酵具有相同理化性质,酵母有利于玉米秸秆的发酵腐熟。[ Objective] In order to enhance the utilization efficiency of straw, widen utilization space of straw, corn straw fermentation process was explored fundamentally. [ Method ] In this study corn straw was decomposed by three different treatments for effects of different fermentation time on physicochemical properties of corn straw. [ Result] The results showed that, adding some chicken.manure or yeast as fermentation materials, can significantly increase the bulk density and change porosity. Treatment 2 and 3 in the physical properties, EC, PH and buffer capacity was not significantly difference. Adding fermentative accessory, the proportion of N, P, K and C changed. But the treatment 2 and treatment 3 on thirty-fifth days of fermentation, showed the same effect. [ Conclusion] To a certain extent, with the same addition of yeast and chicken manure on physicochemical properties of corn straw fermentation, yeast helped fermentation of corn straw.
