高考调剂生的专业归属感培养途径研究

摘　　要：本文通过对河海大学本科生专业归属感现状的调查,分析影响高考志愿调剂生专业归属感的因素,得出专业的学科实力、就业前景、学校对专业的重视程度、所在专业的学习氛围、所在专业的师资力量、专业教师的教学效果6个方面显著影响学生专业归属感状况。提出加强学生专业归属感的主要途径是加强专业思想教育,从面上做好宣传教育工作;加强专业教师和学生之间的交流和互动;营造良好的学习氛围;做好就业指导等几个方面。Based on the survey of undergraduates’professional sense of belonging for Hohai University,this paper analyzes the causes that influence the professional belonging of students whose will in college entrance exam were exchanged and concludes that disciplinary superiority,future employment prospect,a school＇s emphasis on the major,learning atmosphere,teacher resources and teaching effectiveness are the main influence factors. Furthermore,this paper proposes some ways to enhance the professional sense of belonging,which includes：to do propaganda work and strengthen students＇ideological educations;to strengthen the communication and interaction between teachers and students;to create a good learning atmosphere;to provide students with more effective employment guidance,and so on.
