对新时期高校体育弱势学生群体体育教育改革的审视

摘　　要：通过对相关文献的归纳梳理,对当前高校体育弱势学生群体体育教育改革的可行性进行剖析,指出了新时期高校体育弱势学生群体体育教育面临的主要问题:课程地位过度边缘化;理论研究与实践严重脱节;政策、法规和监督机制的不完善;课程体系的混乱;课外体育活动组织的缺失。在此基础上,对高校体育弱势学生群体体育教育的发展进行展望。By combining and inducing the relevant literature,the feasibility of the physical education reform of sports impairmant student groups in colleges is analyzed. The main problems facing the physical education of sports vulnerable student groups in the new period are pointed out. Those are the excessive marginalization of the status of the course,the serious discrepancy between theory and practice and the inadequate policies,regulations and oversight mechanisms,confusion of curriculum system; and the lack of the organization of extracurricular sports. Whereby,the physical education of sports impairmant student groups in colleges and universities is prospected from aspects of ideas and concepts,increasing the support for related research,improving relevant policies and regulations,accelerating the construction of the curriculum system of scientific physical health and creating a healthy and positive environment for physical exercise,etc.
