摘  要:教学查房模式改革是医学教育创新的需要,参加临床实习的学员分为PBL教学实验组和对照组.采用问卷调查、成绩分析评估教学效果,实验组学员的满意程度及考试成绩均高于对照组.PBL教学应用于肝胆外科见习带教,有利于提高学员学习兴趣、加深理解记忆、培养自学能力和医患沟通能力,有助于培养学生的临床思维能力.Medical ward around teaching mode reform is needed in medical education innovation .All interns are divided into two groups ,namely ,PBL teaching group and control group .The effect has been evaluated by questionnaire and exams after class .The satisfaction rate and the test result of experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group .The application of PBL ward around in hepatobiliary surgery clinical practice significantly improves the study interest ,enhances medical interns‘understanding and teaching quality .It is also beneficial to develop medical inters’ clinical thinking .
