重庆市高等教育资源配置绩效及影响因素分析

摘　　要：用Malmquist指数和空间计量模型,对重庆市24所样本高校的资源配置绩效和影响因子进行分析,发现除技术进步之外,样本高校的资源利用绩效普遍较低,没有取得显著的规模效应.人力、物力和财力的投入对学生培养的促进作用是不同的,财力投入对学生培养的促进作用相对较小.空间集聚分布对高校的发展起到了明显的促进作用.Malmquist index and space metering model are used in this study to analyze resource allocation performance of 24 sample universities in Chongqing and its influencing factors .With the exception of tech-nical progress performance ,the resource allocation performance of the sample universities is generally low , and no significant scale effect is found .The input of human ,material and financial resources differ in their effects on student cultivation and ,comparatively ,financial investment has but small promoting effect for the development of students .Aggregated distribution of universities in space plays a significant promoting role in their development .
