摘 要:在中国美术史上,以石窟寺为代表的佛教美术源远流长,它集建筑、雕塑、绘画、书法、工艺美术等为一体,形成了综合多种艺术形式的宗教艺术。中国古代的石窟寺遗存数量众多,甘肃一带更是保存了大量的石窟寺,除了著名的敦煌莫高窟、天水麦积山石窟,还有许多石窟寺分布各地。由于这些佛教遗存保留了重要的历史文化信息,因而自敦煌藏经洞发现至今,对甘肃佛教石窟寺美术等的研究成果纷至沓来。The Buddhist art represented by cave temple has a long history in Chinese fine art history, and syncretizes archi- tecture, sculpture, painting, calligraphy and industrial arts to form religious art that having various art forms. There are numerous ancient grotto temple remains in China, especially in all parts of Gansu Province in addition of the famous Mogao grottoes, Maijishan grottoes. Due to these Buddhist remains retains the important historical and cultural informa- tion, the research achievements of Buddhism Grotto and Temple Art in Gansu Province comes in flocks since the discovery of the cave for preserving Buddhist sutra.
