摘 要:目的 探讨翻转课堂(flipped classroom)和情景式教学(scenario-based learning module,SBL)在免疫学实验课中的设计和应用效果.方法 采用情景式教学模式,通过翻转课堂的教学形式,在183名医学本科生中进行了免疫学实验教学探索.发放调查问卷,以了解学生对这种实验课教学模式的态度和收获.同时,比较传统实验教学法和新模式教学法的教学成本.结果 新的教学模式能够充分调动学生学习的积极性,培养学生的科学实验思维,并增强学生的表达能力和团队合作精神.94.4%的学生认为新的教学模式让实验课变得有趣和容易理解;97.2%的学生同意新的教学模式对他们理解实验内容很有帮助;92.7%的学生认为新的教学模式帮助他们认识到应该如何科学地开展医学实验;94.4%的学生认为新的教学模式提高了他们的表达能力;91.6%的学生同意新的教学模式使他们的合作能力得到增强.数据还表明,新的教学模式在很大程度上降低了实验教学费用.结论 翻转课堂和情景式教学模式是适合免疫学实验教学的新型实验教学模式。Objective The aim of this study is to explore the application of scenario-based learning module based on the flipped classroom in teaching immunological experiments to medical undergraduates.Methods 183 third year medical students were participated in this study.Scenario-based learning module through flipped classroom was implemented in immunological experiment course.Later a questionnaire was administered to students to obtain information about their perceptions of this approach.Results 94.4% of students agreed or strongly agreed that this approach made the subject interesting and easy to follow.Similarly,97.2% of students agreed/strongly agreed that the approach helped them to understand the experimental contents,and 92.7% students believed through the lab course,they know how to propose an experimental design in a scientific way.94.4% students agreed that their abilities of communication was improved and 91.6% students believed that they teamwork ability was promoted too.In addition,the data showed the new module effectively reduced the cost for immunological experiments course.Conclusions The scenario-based learning based on the flipped classroom teaching module is an effective method and can be used in immunological experiments course.
