集约化视角下农村寄宿制学校的现状调查及分析——以朔城区南磨村为例

摘　　要：针对农村寄宿制学校的教育现状,通过对山西省朔州市朔城区南磨村小学的实地调查、访谈,了解到撤并整改后的农村寄宿制学校教育出现了教育衰退,专任生活教师偏少,学生住宿生活的适应性较低,学生情感缺失等一些问题,综合分析后提出,加强对寄宿制学校管理者的指导;加强学生的生活管理,关心学生的身体健康;加强对学生的生活管理,提高学生和家长的素质教育;加强校园管理,保证学生安全问题等方面,提出了具体可行的解决措施,以促进农村寄宿制小学可持续发展。In view of the present situation of education boarding schools in rural areas, Through to the Shanxi Province ShuoZhoushi ShuoChenqu south mill village elementary school field survey, interview, To streamline the rectification after boarding schools in rural education appeared a recession, Fewer full-time teachers＇ life, Student accommodation life adaptability is low, Some students lack of emotional problems, After comprehensive analysis, to strengthen the guidance of boarding school managers; In order to strengthen the management of students＇ life, concerned about the students＇ physical health; Strengthen the management of students＇ life, improve the quality education of students and parents; Security issues in order to strengthen the management of the campus, students, etc., concrete solving measures are put forward, in order to promote sustainable development of the rural boarding primary school.
