河北省全科医师培养模式现况分析

摘　　要：文章介绍了国内外全科医师的培养模式及其特点,与河北省全科医师培养模式进行了对比分析,指出河北省的全科医师培养还处于不断探索与完善阶段,还应借鉴国内外全科医师培养方面的成功经验,提高全科医师带教水平,注重对全科医师进行全科医学整体观念上以及理论、方法上的系统培训,严格培训考核制度,并且期望主管部门也要不断修订相关培训制度,逐步完善我国全科医师培养体系建设。This paper briefly introduces the training mode of general practitioners at home and abroad and its characteristics, and compares with the training mode of general practitioners in Hebei Province. It points out that the training of general practitioners in Hebei Province is still in the stage of continuous exploration and improvement. It should draw lessons from the successful experience of domestic and foreign training of general practitioners; improve the training level of general practitioners; pay attention to the system training of concept, theory and method of general medicine for general practitioners; and establish the strict training evaluation system. The competent department shall also continue to revise related training system, and gradually improve the construction of general practitioner training system in China.
