摘　　要：大豆磷脂改性前的HLB值有较大差异,用传统方法无法准确测出其HLB值的差异,必须进行方法改良。该文介绍了改性大豆磷脂HLB值检测方法的优化研究。HLB value between before and after modification has a great different. It can not be accurately detected by general method. The method should be optimized. This article introduced the study on the optimal method for detecting of modified soybean phospholipids HLB value.
