高效液相色谱-DAD法检测粮谷作物中多种菊酯类农药残留

摘　　要：建立了同时分离检测粮谷作物中菊酯类杀虫剂（胺菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、四氟甲醚菊酯和氰戊菊酯）的高效液相色谱（HPLC）–二极管阵列检测器（DAD）法。结果表明，5种农药在15.5 min内实现了基线分离，检出限在0.01~0.05μg/mL之间。该方法是高效、灵敏、快速检测粮谷及其它样品中菊酯类农药残留的有效方法。A high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）– diode array detector（DVD） method was developed for the determination of five pyrethroid pesticides which included tetramethrin, cyhalothrin,cypermethrin,dimefluthrin and fenvalerate in grain samples. The results showed that complete separation of the five pesticides was achieved within 15.5 min,and the detection limit was 0.01~0.05μg/mL. The method was efficient,sensitive and it could rapidly determine the pyrethroid pesticide residues in grains or other samples.
