摘　　要：行业高职院校参与协同创新是国家协同创新战略的重要组成部分,高职院校的特点要求其在参与协同创新过程中必须有不同于其他机构的协同模式.从人才的选聘到校企合作模式的选择、企业学院的设立到专业人才培养模式的优化、与政府的合作协议到与知名高校及研究机构的技术协同、与中介机构及金融机构的合作到科技成果的转化、创新技术的社会服务等方面,对行业高职院校协同创新的机制模式进行了探讨.Participation of industry higher vocational colleges in collaborative innovation is an important part of national innovation strategy.Characteristic of higher vocational colleges leads to their different mode of collaborative innovation from other institutions.From talent engagement to selection of schoolenterprise cooperation mode,from establishment of enterprise schools to optimization of training mode for professionals,from cooperation agreements with government to technology contracts with famous colleges and research institutions,from cooperation with intermediaries and financing institutions to commercialization of research findings and social services of innovative technologies,this paper conducts discussions on mechanism mode of collaborative innovation of industry higher vocational colleges.
