摘　　要：当今职场,工作节奏快、风险高和压力大的特点,对大学生的心里承受能力要求越来越高。高职院校作为培养面向生产、建设、管理和服务一线劳动者的教育机构,提升学生的职业心理素质显得尤为重要,但现实中很多高职学生的职业心理素质并不能适应职场要求。因此,高职院校必须改变这种现状,积极探索提升学生心理素质的教育方法和手段,以实现高职毕业生直接对接社会实际需要的培养目标。In today‘s workplace, work fast, high risk, and of the characteristics of big pressure on college students＆#39; heart to bear ability demand is higher and higher. Higher vocational colleges as a training for production, construction, management and service of frontline workers education institutions, it is particularly important to improve the students＆#39; professional psychological quality, but in reality a lot of higher vocational students＆#39; professional psychological quality does not meet the requirements for the workplace. Therefore, higher vocational colleges must change this situation, Actively ex-plore ways and means to improve students＆#39; mental quality education, in order to achieve the training objectives of higher vocational graduates direct docking social actual need.
