摘　　要：加强高校辅导员培训意义重大,目前辅导员培训课程体系建设还存在诸多问题。《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》规定了辅导员应该具备的职业道德、专业知识和专业技能,是高校辅导员培训工作的基本依据,在辅导员培训课程体系的建构原则、内部结构、内容层次、设计开发、评价完善等方面具有重要的指导意义和价值。It is of great significance to intensify college advisors＇ training.However,construction of the training course system is faced with a lot of problems.Standards for College Advisors＇ Vocational Aptitudes（Provisional）states clearly what work ethics college advisors should observe and what expertise and professional skills they should possess.The Standards provides the basis and is of great guiding significance and value to college advisors training work in terms of principle,structure,content,design and evaluation.
