摘 要:动车组牵引传动系统由于单相脉冲整流器的引入,使直流环节存在2倍频脉动电压。该脉动电压会在电机侧产生拍频现象,引起电机转矩和电流脉动。本文分析产生拍频现象的原因,并通过对传动系统进行数学建模,得到电机转矩脉动和电机电流脉动与脉动电压的关系,采用一种基于频域分析的无拍频控制策略,通过加入一个补偿环节,根据脉动电压对电机转差频率进行修正,消除直流电压脉动引起的电机转矩和电流脉动,并通过仿真和实验对该方法进行了验证。Because of the configuration of the single‐phase PWM converter in the traction drive system of EMU ,there exists a voltage ripple in the DC‐link ,which is twice the frequency of the grid .The DC ripple voltage will generate beat phenomenon at the motor ,and cause torque and current pulsation .In this paper ,the origin of the fluctuating DC volt‐age or beat phenomenon was analyzed ,and the relations among the motor torque ripple ,the motor current ripple and the DC voltage ripple were derived from the analytical model of the traction drive system .A beat‐less control scheme based on the frequency domain analysis was proposed .By adding a compensation link ,the slip frequency of the motor was modified in consistence with the ripple voltage ,to eliminate the torque and current ripple caused by DC voltage rip‐ple .The algorithm was verified by simulation and experiment .
