摘  要:从教育理念、知识结构、教学能力等方面来看,高师政教专业的师范生培育存在诸多不足,以致与中学政治课教学不相适应。究其原因,缘于专业规划、课程设置、教学模式、教学管理、教师素质等层面的多种因素。为增强高师政教专业师范生培育的适应性,应在调整教学目标、完善课程体系、优化教学模式、提高教师的教学能力与教学水平、加强与中学的日常交流等方面采取相应对策。From the aspects of the philosophy of education, knowledge structure and teaching ability, there are many shortcomings in the cultivation of students of ideological and political education major in normal university, so that it is not adapted to political lesson teaching in middle school. The reasons stem from many factors at professional planning, curriculum, teaching model, teaching management, teacher quality and so on. In order to enhance adaptability of the cultivation, we should take appropriate measures against adjusting teaching objectives, improving curriculum system, optimizing the teaching mode, enhancing the teaching ability and teaching level of teachers, strengthening daily communication with middle school and so on.
