摘  要:目的评价MKK4基因-1304T>G(rs3826392)单核苷酸多态性与结直肠癌发病风险的相关性。方法收集结直肠癌患者218例(试验组)和健康人群206例(对照组)的资料。用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析法(PCR-RLFP)检测患者-1304T>G位点的等位基因及基因型。结果与T等位基因相比,携带G等位基因的患者结直肠癌发病率显著降低(P<0.05);与TT基因型相比,携带TG、GG、TG+GG基因型的患者结直肠癌发病率更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MKK4基因-1304T>G单核苷酸多态性与结直肠癌的发病风险存在相关性。Objective To explore the MKK4 gene- 1304T 〉 G (rs3826392) single nucleotide polymorphisms and coloreetal cancer risk. Methods The data of 218 patients with colorectal cancer (experiment group) were enrolled in our hospital and 206 healthy people (control group) were collected. The polymerase chain reaction- restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis ( PCR - RLFP) method was used to detect - 1304T 〉 G loci alleles and genotypes. Results Compared with T allele, the allele of G could reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05 ). Compared with Tr, the genotype of TG, GG, TG + GG could reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The single nucleotide polymorphism of MKK4 gene - 1304T 〉 G is correlated with the risk of colorectal cancer.
