摘  要:目的通过对某沿海城市6种市售海鱼体内总汞含量检测,初步了解该市海产品的汞污染水平,为进一步阐明近岸海域汞污染水平提供依据。方法在海产品市场购买6种当地居民经常食用的新鲜海鱼,取其肌肉和内脏等组织,采用硝酸—高压消解罐法对样品进行前处理,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对样品进行总汞含量测定。结果依据国内和国际水产品中汞限量标准,所有6种海鱼体内各组织样品中的总汞含量均未超标,但在鲾鱼和青鳞鱼体内发现了高于其他鱼种的汞蓄积。结论本研究结果提示,该沿海城市市售海鱼体内汞含量符合限值标准,但居民要尽量避免长期大量摄入鲾鱼和青鳞鱼。OBJECTIVE To have a preliminary understanding of pollution in marine products by measuring the total mercury of several kinds of commercial fishin a coastal city. METHODS Six kinds of commercial fish which are popular in the coastal citizen were bought. Some organizations such as muscle and internal organs were taken as samples. Mercury content in the samples were measured by ICP-MS after preprocessed by Nitric Acid and high pressure digestion. RESULTS No mercury content in the included samples were detected overrun domestic and international aquatic mercury limit standards. But higher mercury accumulation were found in sol- ocisquama and green scale fish than in other kinds of fish. CONCLUSION The research prompted that the total mercury of the 6 fish products from this certain coastal sea area meet the limit standards. But residents should avoid eating a lot of solocisquama and green scale fish frequently.
