摘 要:从课题的年度分布、责任单位、区域分布和课题负责人等方面对2001—2013年教育信息技术类全国教育科学规划课题进行量化统计与定性描述。研究发现:我国教育信息技术研究处于全国教育科学规划课题的边缘地带;高校是教育信息技术研究的主要阵营,对我国教育信息技术研究发挥着引领和导向作用;我国教育信息技术研究在省市和地区之间存在较大差异,西部地区的整体研究能力不足。建议加大教育信息技术类课题的资助力度,考虑地区差异,特设西部课题,引导均衡发展。This paper aims to have a quantitative statistics and a qualitative description of national educational science planning project about educational information technology from 2001 to 2013 from the following aspects, the annual distribution of the project, responsible organization, regional distribution, project director, etc. The study finds that the educational information technology research is at the margins of the national educational science planning project. The universities are the main camps in educational information technology research, which play the leading and guiding role. However, there is a large gap between provinces and regions in this field, for example, the insufficient research ability for the the west regions. The suggestions that strengthening the intensity of financial aid for the educational information technology research, considering the regional differences and establishing projects designed for West China are proposed to guide balanced development.
