摘  要:目的了解双流县县食物中毒发生情况,揭示其分布、类型和原因,使食物中毒的预防工作更具有科学性、针对性和有效性。方法对2004-2013年双流县疾病预防控制中心的食物中毒报表、调查报告进行综合分析。结果 2004-2013年双流县共发生食物中毒88起,中毒1 045人,无死亡病例。食物中毒发生场所以集体食堂、餐饮业及家庭为主,中毒原因以细菌性食物中毒为主。时间上以二、三季度食物中毒多发。结论应针对中毒原因提出针对性的防治对策,加强各部门之间的协作,加大对集体食堂及餐饮业的监督力度,并开展针对性的食品卫生知识宣传活动,减少食物中毒事故的发生。Objective To understand the occurrence of food poisoning in Shuangliu county and analyze the distribution,type and cause,and thus to enhance the scientificity,pertinence and effectiveness of the prevention and control. Methods Report forms of food poisoning and survey were collected in Shuangliu County Center for Disease Control and Prevention and were comprehensively analyzed. Results During 2004- 2013,88 incidents of food poisoning occurred in Shuangliu county,involving 1 045 individuals and with no death. The food poisoning sites were mainly collective canteens,catering services and households. The food poisoning incidents were mainly bacterial food poisoning. The occurrences of the food poisoning were mainly in the second and the third season of the year. Conclusion Countermeasures should be put forward with regards to the causes of the food poisoning and are recommended as: strengthen the cooperation in multiple departments,strengthen the surveillance on the collective canteens and catering services and carry out pertinent propaganda on food health hygiene to reduce the occurrence of the food poisoning.
