摘 要:采用有限元数值仿真计算增量法,对典型粒料基层沥青路面结构建立模型,选取经典粒料应力依赖本构关系,研究基层粒料非线性性质对道路结构力学的影响。结果表明,考虑了非线性带来的差异明显。加载后基层模量产生了重新分布,靠近荷载作用的区域的基层顶部模量增大约30%,基层底部模量减小约25%。沥青面层底部弯拉应力考虑非线性后,各种响应在载荷中心线下变化最明显,沥青面层底部轴向弯拉应力增加了约50%;基层顶面的竖向压应力减小较大,分别减少了约25%;基层底部轴向弯拉应力增加约5%;土基顶部竖向压应变减少约10%。Using finite element numerical simulation method,typical granular base asphalt pavement structure model is built to study the effects of primary aggregate considering of nonlinear path of structural mechanics calculations.The results showed that considering the differences brought about significant nonlinearity.After loading the resilient modulus produced a redistribution,the resilient modulus near loading position on the top of base becomes 30% greater,the bottom resilient modulus of the grass-roots decreases 25%,for distant regions are less affected.The bend tensile stress and strain at the bottom of the asphalt surface becomes 50%larger.The vertical stress and flexural tensile stress on the granular base layer top layer bottom decreases 25% within a certain range.The vertical stress and strain on the top surface of the soil base becomes 10%larger.
