摘　　要：住院医师培训是当前公立医院改革的工作重点之一,建立一个完善的培训体系对培训的结果非常重要。在这个培训体系中,反馈,尤其是带教老师对住院医师的反馈,对维持这个系统的稳态,提高系统的功能有着重要的作用。本文系统的介绍了反馈的概念、住院医师培训过程中有效反馈的重要性及发展过程,并探讨了如何做到及时有效的反馈以及经典的"三明治"式反馈的组成和应用等。Residency training is one of the most important issues of public hospital reform at present. Building a comprehensive training system is the key point for increasing outcome of training. Feedback, especially given by supervisor to residents, is very important in maintaining stable status of this system and in improving the function of the system. In this article, not only the definition, but also the importance of effective feedback was introduced. The method of giving an effective feedback, especially the ＂Sandwich feedback＂ was discussed.
