摘　　要：迷你临床演练评估(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)作为一种迷你型多次重点式评估,在门诊、急诊或住院等临床例行工作中均可开展,具备相当可靠的信、效度和极好的便利性。MiniCEX可将理论联系实际,使参与双方的信息及时得到反馈,并可培养批判性思维和创新性思维。Mini-CEX的教学模式已在医学高等教育中逐渐崭露头角,终将成为临床护理教学的主要方式。Mini - CEX is a device for assessing the clinical skills which can be repeatedly used in outpatient service, emergency room and inpatient department any time. Mini - CEX is reliable, valid and convenient. The Mini - CEX can help put theory into practice, provide feedback to trainers and trainees, and can foster critical thinking and creative thinking. Mini - CEX is gaining populatity in medical institutions of higher education, and will become the main method for clinical nursing teaching.
