摘 要:以酶活力为考核指标,对新鲜蛹虫草中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的提取工艺进行了优化,通过单因素实验和L9(34)正交实验确定新鲜蛹虫草中SOD的最优提取条件为:新鲜蛹虫草用量0.5g、磷酸缓冲溶液用量20mL、磷酸缓冲溶液pH值8.0、超声提取时间20min、(NH4)2SO4饱和度42%,在此条件下,SOD酶活力最高。Using enzyme activity as evaluation index, the extraction process of SOD from fresh Cordyceps rnilitaris was optimized. Through single factor experiment and Lg (34) orthogonal experiment, the optimum ex- traction conditions were obtained as follows:amount of fresh Cordyceps rnilitaris was 0. 5 g, dosage of phos- phate buffer solution was 20 mL, pH value of phosphate buffer solution was 8.0,ultrasonic extraction time was 20 min, (NH4)2SO4 saturation was 42%. Under above conditions,the enzyme activity of SOD was the highest.
