摘  要:教育改革的不断深入使越来越多的中职教师认识到教育惩罚在德育中的必要性和重要性。教师通过明确教育惩罚的适用范围和主体,以及"适度"惩罚来确保这种手段在教育学生的过程中起到应有的作用。为避免社会或家长对该手段的过度使用的担心,学校还应该建立起相应的惩罚后救济制度以维护学生的正当申诉权。The continuous deepening of education reform has made more and more secondary vocational teachers realize the necessity and importance of educational punishment in moral education. Through clarifying the scope and subject of applying educational punishment as well as how to achieve moderate punishment, teachers can ensure the due role of this means in educating students. To dispel the concern of the public and parents that this means may be abused, schools should establish corresponding relief system after punishment, so as to maintain students' legitimate right of petition.
