摘 要:目的分析广州市海珠区近6年发生的细菌性食物中毒病原菌分布特征,为预防控制细菌性食物中毒提供科学依据。方法对海珠区2008-2013年细菌性食物中毒的病原菌检测数据进行统计分析,寻找其发生及流行规律。结果 6年共50起细菌性食物中毒,采集样本1 273份,检出病原菌共341株,总检出率为26.79%。致病菌检出率依次为变形杆菌(15.16%)、副溶血弧菌(5.42%)、蜡样芽孢杆菌(4.63%)、沙门菌(0.79%)、金黄色葡萄球菌(0.79%)。结论海珠区细菌性食物中毒以变形杆菌和副溶血弧菌污染为高发,在9月流行趋势增强。Objective To analyze the pathogenic bacteria distribution characteristics of bacterial food poisoning in Haizhu district of Guangzhou in recent 6 years, and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control food poisoning. Methods The data of pathogenic bacteria detection in food poisoning were statistically analyzed in Haizhu district during 2008-2013 for finding out the occurrence and epidemic regularity. Results There were 50 cases of bacterial food poisonings the 6 years.There were 341 positive strains in 1273 samples. The percent of pathogenic bacteria was 26.79% : Bacillus proteus(15.16%), Vibrio parahaemolyticus(5.42%), Bacillus cereus(4.63%), Salmonella(0.79%) and Staphylococcus aureus(0.79%).Conclusion The main pathogenic bacterias cause to food poisoning were Bacillus proteus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Haizhu district, and the popular trend was enhanced in September.
