摘　　要：异地就医群体不断扩大以及新情况新问题不断出现,对实施有效管理提出了新要求。本文从明确工作职责、规范结算平台、规范报销流程、加强费用稽核、加大政策宣传等方面,介绍了江苏省规范异地就医管理的做法和体会。Remote medical treatment insurance develops steadily in Jiangsu province, and the quantities of beneficiaries keep rising which call out the necessity of effective management. This paper introduced our enlightenments and the methods to manage remote medical treatment insurance in the following aspects, i.e., clearly define department responsibility, standardize settlement platform and reimbursement process, intensify expenses audit and expand policy publicity.
