摘　　要：在社会经济优化转型的大背景下,对大学生进行创新创业教育成为高校适应社会发展需求的必然选择。本文从大学生创新创业教育概况及其现实意义出发,对其存在的问题进行分析梳理,提出基于导师制的大学生创新创业教育路径选择,从教育理念、内容架构、制度建设、资源运作等方面进行探讨并提出建议。College students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship education is a must for higher learning institutions to meet the demand of China＇s social transformation and economic development. This article analyzes the existing problems with the significant innovation and enterprising education to explore a mentoring approach in the aspects of educational philosophy, educational framework, institutional construction, resources utilization, and performance appraisal.
