管办评分离背景下的高中招生制度改革研究

摘　　要：管办评分离是当前教育管理领域内深化改革的主要趋势,本文通过分析管办评分离的理论基础与高中招生制度改革的现状及其所存在的问题,提出在管办评分离背景下的高中招生制度改革的相关建议,以期建立一套更为完善的招生制度。Separation of management, operation and evaluation is the main trend of intensifying the reform of educational governance. This article aims to explore a perfect enrollment system to be supported with the division of management, operation and evaluation by analyzing the theoretical motivations of separation and the current problems with the enrollment policy to high schools.
