摘  要:目的了解低年资护士信赖他人、容纳他人的程度,为建立和谐的护患关系,提供人性化的护理服务提供参考。方法采用信赖他人量表和容纳他人量表对60名参加工作1~5年的护士及参加工作5年以上的护士56名进行比较。结果低年资护士容纳他人量表总均分为(62.61±2.13)分低于高年资护士的(68.66±2.55)分(P〈0.01),低年资护士信赖他人量表总均分为(1.88±0.49)分高于高年资护士的(1.14±0.34)分(P〈0.01)。结论应采取有效措施对低年资护士进行心理辅导,提高其人际交往的能力,更快更好地适应工作环境,建立良好的护患关系。Objective The study was designed to see the extent of trust and accommodation with others in junior nurses,which could contribute to establish harmonious relationship between nurse and patient and provide humanized nursing service. Methods Two groups were involved through fillling in trust and accommodation forms. One group was made up by 60 nures who had worked 1 to 5 years. 56 nurses who had worked over 5 years were allocated into the other group. Results The total score of junior nurse acceptance was( 62. 61 ± 2. 13) points,which was below the senior nurses( 68. 66 ± 2. 55) points,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 01). The junior nurse faith in people scale total score was( 1. 88 ± 0. 49) points,which was below the senior nurses( 1. 14 ± 0. 34) points,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 01). Conclusion Effective measurement should be taken to provide psychological guidance in junior nurses in order to enhance their comunication,aid them to adapt to work environment and establish harmonious relationship between nurse and patient.
