摘 要:热风干燥方式仍是红枣制干技术中最主要的干燥技术。针对目前红枣干燥机械以温度控制为主而忽略湿度的主动干预性调节作用的问题,结合红枣热风干燥工艺,设计了一种可进行加热与加湿的红枣干燥机械。通过对热风干燥样机的预热与红枣干燥试验,结果表明:样机运行可靠、温湿度控制稳定;干燥室温度稳定在6 5℃左右,变化幅值小于1℃,干燥室湿度保持在6 0%-6 8%之间稳定变化,且加湿量稳定,能满足红枣干燥过程中加热与加湿的要求;机械预热时间短,温湿度变化稳定,在干燥前期能保持高温高湿干燥,适用于红枣干燥工艺的优化研究与应用。The hot-air drying method is still the main drying technology in Drying of Jujube.With respect to the mechan-ical properties of red jujube drying with temperature control is given priority to, often ignore the active intervention of hu-midity adjustment, combining with the red hot air drying process, design the drying machines of heating and humidifica-tion of jujube.Through the hot-air drying of preheat and dry jujube prototype test, the results show that the prototype is stable, reliable operation, the temperature and humidity control drying room temperature stabilized at about 65℃, the change amplitude is less than 1℃, drying room humidity from 60% to 68% between stability and humidifying volume stability, can meet the red jujube in the drying process of heating and humidification requirements; Mechanical preheat time is short, stable temperature and humidity changes, in the early stage of the drying can keep dry and high tempera-ture and high humidity, suitable for jujube drying technology research and application of optimization.
